Introduction
Mehu.ai, is owned and operated by Mehu Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"). mehu.ai offers AI-driven services that provide intelligent assistants through Telegram. By using mehu.ai (the "Service"), you (the "User") agree to abide by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service and any information, text, audio, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
Eligibility
To access or use mehu.ai, you must be at least 13 years old. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 13. You also affirm that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.
Mehu.ai Services
Our Service includes Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) models, Text-to-Speech (TTS) models, Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI assistant bots available on Telegram that provides text and voice conversations, and other functionalities. You understand and agree that the Service is provided to you on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. mehu.ai does not guarantee that the Service will always function without disruptions, delay, or errors.
Pricing and Changes
Initially, the AI assistant bots are offered for free up to a certain usage limit. We may adjust our pricing as per business needs. In such an event, we will notify you through your account and/or our website. Price increments will take effect 14 days after their announcement, unless legal reasons necessitate an immediate effect. Any change in pricing will be applied to the fees associated with your account immediately after the effective date of the changes.
Service Changes and Limitations
Mehu Inc. reserves the right to modify, enhance, terminate, or otherwise change the Service at any time, in its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to changes in functionality, features, or the removal or addition of languages. While we aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or flawless operation due to the inherent nature of internet-based services.
Fees and Billing
Fees associated with your account ("Fees"), if applicable, will be payable according to the prices and terms presented on our relevant pricing section or as otherwise agreed between us in writing. We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors or discrepancies, regardless of whether an invoice has already been issued or payment received. You are required to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid and authorized method of payment. Our company, Mehu Inc., its affiliates, and our third-party payment processor(s) are authorized to charge your payment method for the Fees. In case of payment failure, we will provide written notice and may suspend access to the Services until payment is completed. All fees are payable in U.S. dollars and due upon the issuance of the invoice. Payments are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our Service, you agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account access.
Free Tier
To ensure fair usage and availability of our services to all users, we restrict each user to one account for the free tier of our Services. We reserve the right to take necessary actions, which may include charges at standard rates or cessation of service access, if we determine that the free tier is being used in bad faith.
Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including but not limited to the software and technology underlying the Service, and any patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights therein, are owned by Mehu Inc. Unauthorized use of any materials contained within the Service may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without the express authorization of Mehu Inc.
Data Usage
Your use of our Service involves the transmission of data through your Telegram account, and depending on your specific mobile data plan, additional data charges from your mobile carrier may apply.
Account Suspension or Termination
We do reserve the right, if necessary, to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to our Service. This would be a last resort action, typically undertaken only if we believe there is a risk to the Service, its users, or the public. Should we ever need to take such action, we will endeavor to provide a clear explanation and guidance on next steps. Please remember that upon termination of your access, your right to use the Service will cease.
Dispute Resolution
You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
